There are four different bands here at EHS.

Pep band:

The pep band is the band that plays at all of the basketball and football games. They are the band that goes out and does all of the parades and gets to dress up in those awesome uniforms. This band is made up of the wind ensemble and the symphonic band.

Symphonic band:

The symphonic band is a concert band that plays at all of the concerts and is made up of students of every grade. The symphonic band focuses on improving the way the students play and making them better musicians. The symphonic band has a lot of fun with the music they play and the students take their role very seriously.

Wind Ensemble:

The Wind Ensemble is made up of students of every grade. The Wind Ensemble is a more advanced band that focuses on harder music and a more difficult rhythms. Students must audition to get into the wind ensemble. This band performs at concerts.

Jazz band:

The jazz band is a band that plays only jazz music. They meet in the mornings before school and they play at the concerts. They are a group made up of volunteers from the other bands that are devoted to the band and really love music.

Meeting Times: The Jazz band meets every Thursday at 6:30 AM before school.
