I started piano lessons in 3rd grade; French horn in 5th grade.
I began teaching piano privately in 1978. In 1986 I was hired by the Eatonville S.D. to teach beginning band. By 1993 I was also teaching K-6 music at C.C. and MS and HS choir.
I played Mr. Sourberry in a production of Oliver in 1994. While at P.L.U. in the late 70’s early 80’s I performed with the P.L.U. wind Ensemble throughout Canada & the west coast.
To learn to appreciate a wide variety of music and gain the confidence to perform in front of people. Most of all, to learn the importance of respecting others and being responsible citizens

I love to listen to many types of music. I especially enjoy playing piano music of the 1800’s and singing classic & contemporary sacred literature.
I met my wife Ann At P.L.U. We began dating in 1980 (she asked me to a Valentine tolo) and we were married in 1982.
