The Freshman that begin at the high school get to begin their own EHS Career Portfolio. They even have to fill out an assessment about their self interest. Also a booklet they have to do for 2 weeks, the Career Booklet. Then they explore the career that they want and do some community service if they would like to help out the community. They can even attend the CPTC Career Exploration Day/Math Conference (if available). Freshman have to do three major things in the year they are as Freshman:

•Your Career Booklet

•Career Exploration
