Here at EHS there are several different types of history classes, here are some of the textbooks used in those classes, and information on the books themselves. 

World Cultures, A Global Mosaic

This book covers the history and geography of all of different parts of the world. Each chapter will tell you about the strong and weak points of each country. Along with all of the important economic information of the countries. The book is used in the Pac Rim class, and World cultures class.

This book is used in all of the World History classes. It covers important information back when people were mostly on the eastern part of the world, it focuses on the leaders back then, and the government, and the wars, and historic people.

World History

The American Republic, Since 1877

This book is used in all of the American and U.S. History classes. The book focuses on the growth of the society back in the 1800’s, including economics, the leaders, the civil war, and technological advances.

American Government

This book is used in all American Government classes. It focuses on Americas government and how exactly it works. It describes every branch of government and what they all do in terms of presidency.
